QC Process

Incoming Inspection

Inspect steel wire material, diameter, and tensile strength upon receipt to ensure order specifications are met.

In-Process Inspection

Regular sampling checks during production for welding quality, dimensional accuracy, and ring spacing.

Surface Treatment Inspection

Galvanizing thickness measurement and coating adhesion testing to ensure corrosion protection meets standards.

Final Inspection

Batch-by-batch inspection of appearance, dimensions, weld strength, and roundness before shipping; non-conforming items returned for rework.

Pre-Shipment Verification

Verify order quantity, specifications, and packaging method before arranging shipment.

Inspection Standards

Weld Strength

Welds must pass tensile testing to ensure no desoldering

Dimensional Tolerance

Diameter ±1mm, Length ±2mm

Roundness

Cages must maintain circular shape without deformation for smooth filter bag installation

Galvanizing Thickness

Hot-dip galvanizing ≥ 60μm, meeting corrosion protection requirements

Surface Smoothness

Weld areas ground smooth with no burrs or sharp edges to prevent filter bag damage
