From raw material intake to finished product shipment, every step is rigorously controlled for consistent quality.

Order Confirmation

Confirm customer specifications (dimensions, material, quantity, surface treatment), provide quotation and delivery schedule.

Prepare steel wire, steel plate and other materials per order specifications; inspect material quality and dimensions upon receipt.

Cut and bend steel wire to specifications to create vertical wires and ring reinforcements for filter cages.

Using resistance welding or CO2 welding, weld vertical wires and rings into complete filter cage structures.

Apply hot-dip galvanizing (HDG), electrostatic coating, or silicone coating per customer requirements.

Batch-by-batch inspection of dimensional accuracy, weld strength, and surface quality to ensure shipping standards are met.

Proper packaging to prevent transportation damage, arrange shipping per agreed delivery schedule.
